What is CrossFit? CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. CrossFit was developed to optimize cardiovascular
and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
Our specialty is not specializing in only one aspect of fitness!
Who can do CrossFit? CrossFit is designed for
any committed individual regardless of your experience. A new and challenging workout will be experienced
everyday which can be scaled to your fitness level. We train beginners to serious athletes. Since
CrossFit uses Functional Movements in all the workouts, we require 4 Fundamental sessions with a trainer before starting
CrossFit. In these sessions you will learn the proper techniques you will need to become a CrossFitter!
Come
join a group class or sign up for private one-on-one sessions. Either way you will experience the best workout of your
life in a fun and motivating atmosphere.
